To play Flash content on you mobile, you need to have Flash Player Lite installed. Any version will play .swf files and these can be used to make screensavers, games etc.

Check to see if your phone is capable, via your phones instruction book or check in Adobe Device Central CS3 (part of Adobe Web Premium package).
